One Mat.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Rexburg, Idaho

A welcoming community and a structured program built for the whole family. Kids, teens, and adults. Gi and No-Gi. A clear path from day one.

Structure. Consistency. Real Results.

Structured Curriculum

Most gyms run whatever technique the coach felt like that day. PAC runs a structured 36-lesson fundamentals program. You know exactly what you're learning, why it matters, and where you're headed.

Gi and No-Gi Every Week

Both formats develop different skills. Gi teaches grips, patience, and precision. No-Gi builds athleticism and adaptability. PAC runs both — Monday and Wednesday for Gi, Tuesday and Thursday for No-Gi.

Built for Families

Kids ages 5–11, teens 12–16, and adults all train here. It's a community, not just a gym. Parents watch from the sideline and kids drag their parents onto the mat.

You’ll Never Be Lost

Every class starts with a review of the last session. Every lesson builds on the one before it. You can jump in at any point and still follow along. No experience required.

Competition Ready

Competition prep classes, a growing local tournament circuit, and a coach who competes and understands what it takes. If competition is your goal, PAC will prepare you for it.

Earn Your Belt

Earning a belt at PAC means something. It's not given for attendance. You earn it by demonstrating real understanding of the fundamentals; on the mat, under pressure, against resisting partners.

Something For Everyone

Wolf Pups (Kids 5-7)

Movement, coordination, discipline, and confidence. No sparring at this age. Just fundamentals, games, and a whole lot of fun. These kids are building habits that will last a lifetime.

Monday and Wednesday, 4:00 PM

Adults Gi

Structured fundamentals curriculum. Every class has a clear lesson, a review, technique drilling, and live sparring. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, you'll leave having learned something real.

Monday and Wednesday, 6:00 PM

Wolf Cubs (Kids 8-11)

Technique, drilling, and structured positional sparring. Kids learn real jiu-jitsu in a safe, supervised environment. Gi and No-Gi. Building competitors and confident young people.

Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 or 5:00 PM

Adults No-Gi

No Gi. No grips. No excuses. No-Gi is faster, more athletic, and forces you to rely on fundamentals rather than clothing. Pairs perfectly with the Gi program — most members do both.

Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 PM

Women’s Only

A dedicated class for women, taught by women. Tailored to fit the specific needs of women in Jiu-Jitsu.

Thursday, 7:30 PM

Pack Leaders (Teens 12-16)

The teenage years are when jiu-jitsu starts to click. Real technique, real sparring, real progress. This program bridges kids and adults, building the foundation for serious training.

Monday and Wednesday, 5:00 PM

Open Mat

No instruction, no structure, just training. Open Mat is where you put everything together. Roll with training partners of all levels. Saturday mornings, open to all active members.

Saturday, 10:00 AM

Lunch Bunch

A chill, relaxed class to break up your normal daily routine.

Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 AM

36 Lessons.

One Clear Path.

Most academies wing it. PAC doesn't. Every adult class follows a structured 36-lesson curriculum that takes you from beginner to Blue Belt ready, covering standing techniques and ground techniques in every single class.

Learn the Techniques

36 structured lessons. Every class covers a standing technique (takedowns, clinch work, self-defense) and a ground technique (sweeps, submissions, positional control).

Develop Your Reflexes

Every class ends with positional sparring or free rolling. You apply what you just learned against a real resisting partner. Resistance is progressive.

Earn Your Next Belt

Completion of all 36 lessons is the foundation for Blue Belt consideration at PAC. Promotion is based on demonstrated understanding, mat time, and character.
